Welcome to PureHome. By booking a service, using our website, or allowing us to perform cleaning services at your property, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

Services Provided

PureHome provides professional residential carpet cleaning and related services using non-toxic, residue-conscious cleaning methods. Services are performed according to the package selected at the time of booking and the condition of the carpet at the time of service.

Results may vary based on carpet age, fiber type, prior treatments, wear, staining, and overall condition.

Booking & Payment

  • All services must be booked in advance.

  • Select services require a reservation deposit at booking to secure the appointment. Deposits are fully applied toward the final service total.

  • Remaining balances are due the same day as service, preferably before departure, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices listed are per room or per service as described at booking.

  • Minimum service charges or room minimums apply as stated on the website.

  • Additional services or rooms requested on-site may result in an adjusted total and must be approved before work continues.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • For services requiring a reservation deposit, cancellations or rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full deposit refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours, same-day cancellations, no-shows, or inaccessible homes will result in forfeiture of the reservation deposit.

  • For services not requiring a reservation deposit (Essential Clean), late cancellations (within 48 hours of appointment), same-day cancellations, no-shows, or inaccessible homes may result in a service fee.

  • Severe weather events or true emergencies are handled with reasonable flexibility.

4. Access & Preparation

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing safe and reasonable access to the service area

  • Ensuring pets are secured during service

  • Removing fragile or valuable items from the work area

PureHome is not responsible for damage to items left in the cleaning area.

Results, Stains & Expectations

While we use professional methods designed to deliver excellent results, not all stains or conditions can be removed.

We do not guarantee:

  • Complete stain removal

  • Color restoration

  • Correction of permanent damage, wear, or discoloration

Some stains may be permanent due to prior treatments, fiber damage, or chemical reactions. Carpet dyeing or repair is not included unless explicitly agreed upon.

Health, Safety & Non-Toxic Practices

PureHome uses non-toxic, fragrance-free, and residue-conscious cleaning solutions. However:

  • Individuals with extreme sensitivities should notify us prior to service

  • Clients assume responsibility for any undisclosed allergies or sensitivities

Our goal is to leave carpets clean, pH-balanced, and safe for everyday living.

Drying Time

Drying times vary based on humidity, airflow, carpet type, and soil level. Typical drying times range from 4–12 hours, but may vary.

PureHome is not responsible for issues caused by premature use of carpets before fully drying.

Liability & Damage

PureHome is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Carpet defects

  • Shrinkage, delamination, or color loss due to prior conditions or manufacturing issues

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Satisfaction & Follow-Up

If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we may review and address concerns where appropriate.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Use of this website does not guarantee service availability. Content is provided for informational purposes only and may be updated at any time.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or copying of site content is prohibited.

Text Message Communications & Consent

By booking a service with PureHome, you will be asked to provide a mobile phone number as part of the booking or contact process. By voluntarily providing your phone number and checking the required acknowledgment box during booking, you expressly consent to receive transactional text messages from PureHome related to your service.

These messages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Appointment reminders

  • Arrival notifications

  • Service-related updates or follow-ups

Text messages are not used for unsolicited marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of text communications at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting PureHome directly.

Governing Law
