Service Description

PureHome™ Deep Clean is our most popular service and the recommended starting point for most homes. Designed for families, pet owners, and carpets not professionally cleaned in the past 6–12 months, it goes beyond surface-level refreshes. Our advanced non-toxic system removes embedded soil, lifts common organic stains, and supports a healthier indoor environment—without harsh chemicals, VOCs, dyes, or artificial fragrances. Deep Clean services require a $410 minimum engagement. A $75 deposit is required (refundable with 48+ hours' notice; forfeited within 48 hours or no-show) and is applied to the final service total. Hallways, landings, and non-room areas are billed as partial rooms based on size and traffic. Deep Clean services are designed to cover up to four standard carpeted rooms. Additional rooms may be added at $102 per room, subject to condition and service scope. Service begins with HEPA-sealed vacuuming, followed by a concentrated non-toxic pre-spray selected and applied based on soil level and carpet condition. Enzyme treatment is used for common organic stains (such as food spills), and targeted pet odor treatment may be recommended following assessment. Gentle agitation loosens embedded soils before professional hot-water extraction with a double-pass rinse for thorough, residue-free cleaning. Air movers improve dry time, and final grooming restores a clean, uniform finish. Pre- and post-service air quality measurements are included. Staircase cleaning is available at a flat rate per continuous flight.
