Service Description

PureHome™ Essential Clean is a health-focused maintenance service designed for well-kept homes that need a precise, residue-free refresh — not a full restoration. Using non-toxic, family-safe products, we refresh your carpets without harsh chemicals, artificial fragrances, or VOCs. Essential Clean has a $225 minimum regardless of room count, covering up to three standard rooms. Additional rooms may be added at $75 per room depending on condition and additional areas such as hallways or landing areas. Late cancellations, no-shows, or inaccessible homes may result in a service fee. Hallways, landings, and other non-room carpeted areas are assessed by size and traffic and billed as partial rooms when applicable. Each service begins with HEPA-sealed vacuuming to remove dry soil, allergens, and pet dander from deep within the carpet. We then apply a gentle non-toxic pre-spray as needed based on visible soil conditions, followed by professional hot-water extraction—a method recommended by carpet manufacturers for deeper, residue-free cleaning. We finish with light grooming for a clean, uniform appearance. Essential Clean is ideal for maintenance cleaning and lightly used spaces. It does not include enzyme treatments, advanced stain removal, odor neutralization, or heavy soil restoration. For pets, odors, or heavily soiled carpets, we recommend PureHome Deep Clean or PureHome Restoration. Controlled Environment & Scheduling PureHome cleans using self-contained, commercial-grade equipment operated inside the home to maintain sanitation and precise control—without external hoses, open doors, or truck-mounted systems. Active cleaning will produce noticeable sound; we recommend scheduling outside of essential quiet periods. The right level of care, precisely applied — for homes that are already doing things right.
