Service Description

PureHome™ Restoration is our most advanced non-toxic carpet restoration service, designed for heavily soiled carpets, deep staining, persistent odors, and long-term buildup. It delivers maximum restorative results while remaining child-safe, pet-safe, and free from harsh chemicals or synthetic fragrances. Restoration services require a $640 minimum, covering up to four standard carpeted rooms. Larger homes or unusually sized areas may require an expanded scope, quoted prior to service. A $125 deposit is required (refundable with 48+ hours’ notice; forfeited within 48 hours or no-show) and applied to the total. Non-room areas may be billed as partial rooms. Stair cleaning is available per continuous flight. Service begins with enhanced HEPA-sealed vacuuming, followed by a maximum-strength non-toxic pre-spray and concentrated enzyme treatment to break down heavy soil, organic contamination, and odor-causing residues. Multi-pass agitation and professional spotting address stubborn buildup. The process concludes with double or triple hot-water extraction and fiber rinsing to ensure zero residue. Multiple air movers support dry time, and final grooming restores a uniform finish. A PFAS-free, water-based fiber stabilization finish is included to enhance cleanability without sealing fibers or impacting indoor air quality. Each Restoration includes pre- and post-service air quality measurement, a detailed transformation report, and an optional complimentary Wellness Scent Finish. PureHome operates using self-contained, commercial-grade equipment inside the home to maintain a sealed, sanitary environment and precise control—rather than running external hoses or leaving doors open. Active cleaning will produce noticeable sound, and we recommend scheduling outside of essential quiet periods.
